<p>1. If the furniture does not go in to the house or fit through the doors then a 20% charge is made to the customer on the total value of the goods.</p><p>2. When your furniture is delivered inspect it closely for damages or defects. Make sure any problems are reported within 48 hours of delivery.</p><p>3. If you are having any work done in your home please be aware that building projects are frequently delayed. If you are unable to take delivery of your furniture when it is ready we will store it for you free of charge for 21 days. Beyond this period we are obliged to charge weekly storage fees.</p><p>4. Where a delivery date has been arranged with our carrier but the customer isn't present to receive the delivery we reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum of £25 to cover part of the cost of failed delivery.</p><p>5. Mattresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses which have been slept on cannot be returned. If you wish to test a mattress please keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it.</p><p>6. Good Belong to the seller until paid in full.</p><p>7. New Furniture orders &amp; bespoke commissions : All of our furniture is only made to order and once placed the order may not be cancelled by you. For furniture orders from stock only you have the right to cancel the order up to 14 days before the delivery date however , if you do so we shall retain the deposit , together with an administration charge of £50.
